STAYING HEALTHY

Having a healthy lifestyle is very important because it improves our quality of life, for a having healthy life it is necessary to follow a series of steps that are not hard, in short words we need to have a balance in our life. First we have to avoid fast food and treat of eat fruit and vegetable , exercise at least three times a week, this does not mean going to the gym all day and of complete time, there are many ways to do this for example: cleaning house, dancing , use the stairways, run , walk or take your dog for a walk. It is also very important to visit followed the doctor even if we are no sick to have tests and be sure that all is well in our body. There are many tips for have a healthy life, but the important thing is to staying healthy for our welfare, because many people have this life for a few months, to lose weight or for any other reason and return quickly to their bad habits again.
